The Slieve Bloom Association held it’s Christmas Dinner in the Community Hall, Rosenallis on November 29th 2015. A large crowd enjoyed the lovely meal, catered by Marie Egan and her team, who had the hall decorated beautifully in the spirit of the season. The music was provided by the fantastic Martin Delaney and those that adjourned to the newly re-opened Shelly’s Pub to continue with the music and song had a great night of craic and entertainment.

Slieve Bloom Association AGM 2016

Please note that the AGM has been deferred to January 28th 2016. It will be held in the ICA Hall in Mountmellick at 8pm. Following the AGM the Imbolc Festival arrangements will be finalised and all members are kindly asked to attend. Imbolc is traditionally celebrated on the first Sunday in February. This years Imbolc Festival will take place on the 7th of February.
