Slieve Bloom Association Celebrating 40 Years! Paddy Lowry Memorial, 40th Celebration Meal, Music & Dance and Book Launch.

On 12th April 2015 the Slieve Bloom Assocation is celebrating 40 years in existence and we invite you to celebrate with us. The day will start at 1:00pm in Kinnitty with the unveiling of a plaque in honour of Paddy Lowry, a founding member of the Slieve Bloom Association. Guest speakers will address the attendees, followed at 2:00pm by a four course celebration meal in Kinnitty Community Centre. After the meal there will be live music and dancing. Also the association will be launching a book, ‘Slieve Bloom Association: Celebrating 40 Years of Community Endeavour’ which will be available to purchase on the day.
